1. How do I activate my Credi Mobile SIM card?

To activate your SIM card, our team will do it at a point of sale. You will need to have your photo ID with you and also you will need to buy an initial top-up to start the service. Minimal top-up is 3 Kina but you can also top-up any higher amount.


2. Where can I buy Credi Mobile SIM card?

Credi Mobile is selling SIM cards around the PNG (in all provinces except NCD). You can buy our SIM cards from our road show teams or from authorised agents.


3. Which network does Credi Mobile use?

Credi Mobile uses Telikom Limited physical mobile towers to deliver our services but we sell under our own brand and we have our own mobile plans.


4. Do I have coverage at my address?

5. Where and how do I buy top-up?

To top up you can use vouchers (Raitkad, Topkad, Direct Top-Up), online via self care portal and via Bank ATM Pins. For voucher top-up please use Telikom top-up vouchers and you can acquire these from any Telikom reseller and agent.


6. How do I top-up?

To top up dial *121*vouchernumber# and press call. Alternatively you can call 1255 and follow voice prompts to top-up with voucher. For online top-up you can do it via https://selfcare.bmobile.com.pg/Care/Login


7. How do I select a plan?

On your phone dial *777# and you will get a menu of available Voice Bundles and Data Plans. Here you can select any plan you would like to activate.


8. How do I find out the amount of my credit?

To check your balance dial *120#. You will receive a notification that includes - The amount of your credit - Expiry date of your credit or plan - Minutes, SMS and Data balance

10. How long are the plans and packages valid?

All our data plans are valid for 30 days. We understand that sometimes it is inconvenient to leave the house and walk or drive to buy a top-up. That is why all our data plans are 30 days. 11. Can I use my mobile overseas?

No at this stage international roaming is not available with Credi Mobile SIMs.
